Grilling in your backyard is a great way to enjoy your new fence while enjoying some great meals.

Here at C&J Fencing, we love to have our friends and families over and grill up some great meals.

These are some of our favorite recipes we wanted to share with you so you, your family and friends can enjoy them as well!

If you are tired of grilling the same thing all the time, mix it up with this super easy pizza recipe that you can cook on the grill. Not only is this a great alternative to grilling meat, but its something fun your family and friends can join in and help make as well.

This would be a great recipe for a kids party or an adults dinner party where everyone can make their favorite pizza with their favorite toppings.

Our favorite is a classic combo but the beauty of this recipe is everyone can do what they want. We hope you enjoy this new and easy way to cook your pizzas.

INGREDIENTS

  • Pizza dough (make your own or buy it at the store)
  • Sauce
  • Your desired cheese and toppings - our favorite is a combo with mozzarella cheese and topped with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and bell peppers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put down a piece of parchment paper and spead some olive oil so the dough doesn’t stick
  2. Roll out the dough and add sauce, cheese and toppings
  3. Preheat the grill to 475 degrees and add the pizza stone if you have one. After 15 minutes turn the heat on the center burner down to medium before putting the pizza on the grill
